Employees are the lifeblood of any aggregates operation. But labor shortages continue to be an issue among aggregates producers. To that end, NSSGA is launching The Aggregates Workforce Conference, to take place at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC on September 7-8. The Aggregates Workforce Conference is the first gathering of aggregates industry professionals to solely focus on workforce issues. This is a very positive industry education development.
